BINTUBINTU
The Antithesis of the Labor Market

I didn't want to lease my brain anymore. So I automated it.

I'm Bintu Alkassoum. I used to charge $250 an hour as an AI Adoption Consultant. Now, I package that exact same expertise into instant, $60 digital artifacts. Here is why.

01. The Origin

From Social Justice to Neural Networks

My background wasn't originally in computer science; it was in sociology and social justice. In my final year of undergrad, I took a course on emerging technologies, robot ethics, and predictive models.

My research shifted. I realized I didn't just want to critique these systems from the outside—I wanted to understand exactly how they were built. I skipped law school and went straight into a Master of Management in Artificial Intelligence.

02. The Enterprise Trenches

Inside the Fortune 500

I went into the trenches. I led a Microsoft Copilot rollout for 13,000 employees at a global chemical manufacturer. I built AI CoE tools, designed user personas, and presented to executive stakeholders.

As a consultant, I charged $250/hour. But I realized traditional consulting is fundamentally exclusionary. Only massive enterprises can afford that rate, and the first 10 hours are always spent doing the exact same manual diagnostic work.

03. The Catalyst

The Fork in the Road

In the middle of 2025, I was fired from my job as an AI adoption manager. For nearly a year, I explored everything. I tried the venture capital route, but realized raising VC money meant sacrificing the one thing I actually wanted: freedom.

Looking for another corporate job felt like stepping backward. I realized that traditional employment is just leasing your labor to someone else for significantly less than the value it creates.

Isn't creating agents to automate yourself the antithesis of the labor market?

Actually, it's quite literally the point. I would rather leverage this technology to sell my labor as an asset that I own, instead of leasing it for significantly less value.
