AI Stack Audit (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is operated by Bintu Alkassoum. This policy explains what data we collect when you use https://trydina.com, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. We collect the minimum data needed to provide the audit service and deliver your report. We do not sell your data.
Information you provide
Payment information
We do not collect or store your payment details. All payments are processed by Stripe, which handles card data under PCI-DSS compliance. We receive only a payment confirmation and a Stripe order ID to mark your report as paid.
Automatically collected data
We use standard server logs and may collect your IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and debugging purposes. We do not use advertising trackers or sell this data to third parties.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your identifiable report contents for advertising. Where we analyze overall usage or trend data to improve the product, we aim to do so in aggregated or de-identified form.
We use the following third-party services to operate AI Stack Audit:
Processes your audit inputs to generate your personalized report. Your data is sent to Google's API and subject to their privacy policy. Google does not use API inputs to train models by default.
Stores your report data in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase's infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest.
Processes payments for the full PDF report. We never see or store your card details. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
Hosts this website. Standard server logs are collected by Vercel's infrastructure.
Audit reports are stored indefinitely so you can access them via your report link. If you would like your report and associated data deleted, email us at bintu@trydina.com and we will remove it within 7 days.
We may also retain limited transaction records, support correspondence, and other operational records for legitimate business, accounting, fraud-prevention, tax, or legal compliance purposes.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. This includes restricting access to report data to service providers and systems needed to operate the Service.
Report access links and tokens should be treated as confidential. Anyone with the active report link may be able to access the report associated with that link.

AI Stack Audit does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We use essential browser storage (such as localStorage and sessionStorage) to temporarily retain items like form state, report IDs, report access tokens, email, and checkout state so you can move through the audit and payment flow. This browser-side data is used only to operate the Service experience and is not used for advertising.
This service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with a new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
