Terms of Use

By accessing or using https://trydina.com (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The Service is operated by Bintu Alkassoum (“we”, “us”, or “our”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

AI Stack Audit is an AI-powered diagnostic tool that analyzes the AI tools you provide and generates a personalized report identifying potential waste, redundancy, and optimization opportunities in your AI stack. The free audit produces an on-screen report. A $59 one-time payment unlocks a downloadable PDF version of the same report with additional detail.

Reports generated by AI Stack Audit are informational and advisory in nature. They are not financial advice, legal advice, or a professional audit. The report is generated by an AI model based solely on the information you provide. It does not account for factors you did not disclose, internal company politics, contractual obligations, or other context outside of the audit form.

You are responsible for independently evaluating all recommendations before acting on them. We make no guarantee that implementing the recommendations will produce specific savings or outcomes. Results vary based on your organization's circumstances.

The full PDF report is available for a one-time payment of $59 USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.

The PDF report is generated and delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the digital product has been delivered and you have received what you paid for.

Exceptions — we will issue a full refund if:

• —The PDF report was not delivered to your email within 24 hours of payment due to a technical failure on our end
• —The report was generated with significant technical errors that rendered it unusable (e.g. blank sections, corrupted output, wrong data)
• —You were charged more than once for the same report

To request a refund under one of the above exceptions, email bintu@trydina.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details. We will review and respond within 2 business days.

Note: Dissatisfaction with the recommendations, disagreement with the analysis, or a change of mind after purchase are not grounds for a refund. The audit is based on the information you provided — the output quality is directly tied to the accuracy and completeness of your inputs.

You agree not to:

• —Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the audit methodology or report format for commercial use
• —Submit false or misleading information to generate a report intended to mislead others
• —Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure

The AI Stack Audit methodology, diagnostic framework, prompts, report structure, visual design, website content, and software are owned by Bintu Alkassoum and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to payment for the full report, we grant the purchaser a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated report for their own personal or internal business purposes. Internal circulation within the purchaser's organization is permitted.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, this license does not permit you to:

• —Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the report
• —Post the full report publicly, whether online or in marketing materials
• —White-label the report, methodology, or report template as your own product
• —Reuse the report format, scoring framework, or output structure to build a competing service

You retain any rights you already have in the information you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, analyze, store, and display that information only as needed to provide the Service, deliver your report, maintain access, provide support, and improve the Service using aggregated or de-identified patterns.

Any third-party materials referenced in the report, including pricing pages, benchmark data, articles, case studies, and academic sources, remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Your purchase does not grant any rights to reproduce or redistribute those underlying third-party materials.

If you need broader rights, such as client-facing redistribution, procurement pack inclusion, or custom ownership terms, contact us for a separate written license.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI-generated reports will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use the Service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bintu Alkassoum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any report generated by it — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (maximum $59).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
